On behalf of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs and personally, I welcome the participants of the 'Baltic Epoch. Construction and Design 2026' exhibition, which will take place on September 24–25 in Kaliningrad at the Rostec Arena. Hosting such a large-scale event confirms the high investment and entrepreneurial potential of the Kaliningrad region and its significance for the development of the Russian construction complex.
Today, the construction industry is undergoing a serious technological transformation. New materials, digital solutions, modern design and construction methods, and growing attention to architecture, design, and the quality of the urban environment are changing the requirements for both business and the professional community. Therefore, platforms where entrepreneurs, investors, manufacturers, designers, architects, and government representatives can exchange practical experience and launch joint projects are especially important.
For the business community, such exhibitions are not only an opportunity to present their achievements. Here, business connections are formed, new ideas emerge, partnerships are concluded, and decisions are made that will subsequently determine the appearance of our cities and the quality of life of people.
The international potential of 'Baltic Epoch' is of particular importance.
